Topside is currently a private test programme distributed through TestFlight. These interim terms are a placeholder published so the app's registration flow can operate during testing. They are not the final terms of service. Final terms are being prepared and will replace this document before any public release; you will be asked to review and accept them when they do.

By creating an account during the test programme you accept that: the service is provided for evaluation only, without any warranty or service commitment; accounts, profiles and content created during testing may be changed, suspended or deleted at any time, including when test data is reset; and features, data and availability may change without notice.

Do not use the test programme to store information you cannot afford to lose, and do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
