Interim version interim-2026-08-26 โ placeholder for the private test programme
This interim notice is a placeholder published so registration can operate during Topside's private test programme. It is not the final privacy policy. A full policy will replace this document before any public release, and you will be asked to review it when it does.
What we store during testing: the email address you sign up with, the sign-in credentials managed by our identity provider, the profile details and photos you choose to enter, and technical logs needed to operate the service. Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the eu-west-2 (London) region.
Verification emails are currently sent through the identity provider's default sender address.
Test data is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising. It may be inspected by the people building Topside to diagnose problems.
You can ask for your test account and its data to be deleted at any time via the address that invited you to TestFlight; test resets may also delete it.
